The following are considered a "no-show":

    • attending your appointment while driving

    • arriving to your appointment 10+ minutes late

  • Benzodiazepines

We do not prescribe benzodiazepines (Xanax, Ativan, etc,) unless you are an established patient and

    • it is for a short term situation such as a flight, funeral, etc.

      OR

    • you come in already taking one and created an agreement with your provider to taper from it.

    Stimulants

If, after a thorough psychiatric assessment, a stimulant medication is determined to be appropriate for the treatment of ADHD or ADD, we may prescribe one.

However, because we currently see patients exclusively via telehealth, there may be limitations in the future. Telehealth prescribing policies are subject to change, and as of now, we may not be able to continue prescribing stimulant medications beyond the end of 2025 without an in-person visit—which we do not currently offer. We will keep our patients informed of any regulatory updates that may impact their care.

  • We have a network of trusted therapists and psychologists with diverse specializations and areas of expertise. We carefully match patients with professionals who have the appropriate skills and experience to address their specific needs.

  • Please use our secure, HIPAA-compliant messaging platform, Spruce, to communicate directly with your clinician. You will have a private link sent to you upon invitation to the practice.

We strive to respond to all messages within 48 business hours.
