  • We offer virtual psychiatric appointments for Florida residents AND in-person visits.

    Our office is conveniently located off US1 in the heart of Palmetto Bay at 9555 SW 175 Terrace, Palmetto Bay, FL 33157.

  • During your 60-minute initial evaluation, we’ll take time to explore your story—your mental health concerns, medical history, life experiences, and goals for care.

    This is a collaborative, judgment-free space where you’re invited to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable.

    You can expect to be met with compassion, curiosity, and a collaborative approach as we begin building your personalized path to healing.

    You will receive an invitation to Spruce, our HIPAA-compliant messages system with next steps.

    PLEASE NOTE: We must receive completed new patient forms (consent & intake forms) at least 24 hours before your appointment or your time slot will be given to someone else and there will be a $100 cancelation fee.

  • Yes, your privacy and confidentiality are of utmost importance to us. All your information is protected in accordance with HIPAA regulations. We ensure that your personal and medical information is kept secure and confidential.

  • Please review our practice policies here.

    If you have to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so, will result in a “no-show” fee.

    The following are considered a "no-show":

    • not attending your appointment

    • canceling your appointment under 24 hours prior to your appointment time

    • attending your appointment while driving

    • arriving to your appointment 10+ minutes late

    No-show fees:

    • Psychiatric evaluation: $100

    • Follow up: $75

    No-show fees will be automatically charged to your card the same day as missing your appointment.

    Refills and future appointments will not be made unless the no-show fee is paid in full.

  • Benzodiazepines

    We do not prescribe benzodiazepines (Xanax, Ativan, etc,) unless you are an established patient and

    • it is for a short term situation such as a flight, funeral, etc.

      OR

    • you come in already taking one and created an agreement with your provider to taper from it.

    Stimulants

    We do NOT prescribe stimulants at the first visit.

    If, after a thorough psychiatric evaluation, a stimulant medication is determined to be appropriate for the treatment, one may be prescribed.

    If you are seen exclusively telehealth, there may be limitations in the future. Federal and state telehealth prescribing policies are subject to change.

  • We have a network of trusted therapists and psychologists with diverse specializations and areas of expertise.

    We offer patients several contacts for professionals who have the appropriate skills and experience to address their specific needs.

  • Please use our secure, HIPAA-compliant messaging platform, Spruce, to communicate directly with your clinician. You will have a private link sent to you upon invitation to the practice.

    We strive to respond to all messages within 48 business hours.
